Wow! I am here and I can't believe it! Thank you host for the opportunity to play in this game. Palau is one of my favorite seasons. Thank you jury for giving me laughter, frustration, competition and friendship.
Where to start....I've played this game the best that I knew how with the personalities here. I've made some friends along the way to help me get here. And I'm sure I've made some enemies along the way too. And yes, you too have helped me by motivating me to stay in the game. I see this questioning from you as an opportunity to come clean, so I will answer your questions to the best of my ability. Thanks!

Wow, I cant believe that it is down to the final 2. I want to start by saying that I have made so many friends in this game that I feel like I have won something already, something really valuable, your friendships!
When I started this game I had no idea what I was doing, this was my first ever survivor game, and I had only played one other game a BigBrother Game which was going on at the time that this game started. SO, I might have made mistakes along the way, but I worked hard to get here, and I never took anything for granted. I knew that the only gaurantee win in a challenge was to always give 110 percent and I feel that I always did that. I tried to be as honest as I could with people, and I always tried to do what was best for the tribe at that time.
I never imagined that things would happen that would change everything in a game, and make you re-evaluate everything, but that is how this game is played and I think I did a good job of adapting to the game when I needed to, and keeping myself in the game as well.
Some of these tribals were brutal, and I truly felt bad when I had to vote that person out, this last one being the worst. But like I said already, I have already won many friendships in this game and for that I am very greatful! I will be as honest as I can be in answering any questions that you have cause I feel that is how I played the game, and hopefully everyone else will see that as well!

ok i wanna go first hehehe first of all Gregg and Caryn Congrats.... Gregg i wasnt able to talk to you much after we merged...... soooo my question is did u have an true alliance within our 5 and did u backstab them in the end? ? Caryn for u i get to talk to u always but never made any commitments with anyone... u played both sides and won almost every single challenge. u used other people to bring u to this level. Did u ever LIE or TWIST words or any statements? u both fulfilled our top5 but why was i the one u guys voted for in the first TC when it got down to us??? *rolls eyes * and if you were to pick one to go to the final 2(anyone from the whole game) who would it be and y?

From Katie: Caryn for u i get to talk to u always but never made any commitments with anyone... u played both sides and won almost every single challenge. u used other people to bring u to this level. Did u ever LIE or TWIST words or any statements? u both fulfilled our top5 but why was i the one u guys voted for in the first TC when it got down to us??? I never made any commitments with anyone further than what I knew I could keep, I truly liked my whole tribe and did not want to lie to them in the end, so I was VERRRY careful what I promised. I worked hard on those challenges and like you say I won a lot of them, no one won them for me, so I am not sure what you mean by that statement, unless you are refering to the "tribe getting this far" and I worked just as hard before the merger as I did after. You were not supposed to go in the first tribal when it was down to 5 of us, but you wouldnt agree with me on who to vote out, and even when I tried to get you to respond to me and to change your mind, you never responded, so I voted with the others since you were so close on my tail in all those challenges. There was a rift in the 5 of us and 2 wanted one person and 2 wanted another, and I didnt want Tom to go that early, so you were set on voting him out, so I went with the other side, and saved Tom.

Thank you Katie. I was wondering what happened to you after the merge. No, we did not talk alot online either nor in another game. Only because I did not want to influence you in any way on how you would vote on the jury. (Plus, I play this like we were actually on Survivor - no talking to jury).
I did stay committed to F5. Our tribe's goal was getting rid of Ulong, and we accomplished that. When it came down to that we had to start voting out one of our own, it was truly difficult because of our friendship and the great rapport we all had. I have mentioned before that never ever had I gotten along with anyone so well with anyone than in this game.
We did start splitting apart at that point, you, me and Willard wanted to vote out Tom. I'm not sure who made the decision to vote you out at the last minute (Caryn or me). It must have been me because I started to look down the road at F2. Caryn wanted to keep Tom because he was "not a challenge threat". I knew that you were SOOO FAST at challenge, especially that slider puzzle (and I can't do crap there because you did mine for me in the past). And that was my reasoning for voting you out - At this point on, I knew that you could win immunities (yes more than one). And to ask if I backstabbed you, yes, I did. Tom was supposed to go instead of you at the point in the game....because it was supposed to be you, me and Willard voting for Tom.
For Final 2, not to kiss ass, but this is how I honestly feel. I would pick you. I truly believe that if you are in F2 against me, you would have won. You played well in challenges and you are well liked. Caryn did extremely well in challenges too, but at this point it came down to who had made more enemies - Caryn or Katie.

Hey both of you..
Well, I have 2 questions for each of you, one of them is the same.
Gregg. What the heck did you do the whole flippin time? Ive like, never heard of you.
Caryn, Why did you vote out the Ulongs in the order that you did?
both, and this is the question I want you to think most about, Why didnt you talk to the Ulongs more? You must have forseen that 4 Jury members would have been from the Ulong tribe, and 4 jury votes secures a win. Yet, I didnt see either of you do anything to make us as a group feel better about ourselves in our unfortunate situation. One of you didnt talk at all, and the other of you made a few of us mad. It just seems fairly obvious to do your best to make jury members with inevidable fates like you, but I didnt see either of you try to do that before I (or any of the Ulongs) were voted out.

Thanks for your answer Gregg, but I dont think you understood fully (maybe I shoul dhave worded differently)
Im not asking you why you didnt flip, because I understand being comfortable and safe in your alliance, and the risk not being worth it, im just asking why you didnt talk to us more (though you answered that) Just wanted to clear it up, I dont blame you for not flipping.
But something I do blame you for (lol) is your point about you not making an effort to talk, but I didnt either. It wasnt my responsibility. I knew I probably wasnt going to be in your position, and If sombody from Koror did flip, and I may have made it to the end, you'd better believe that I would have started talking to future Jury members, and made them like me. Because all I have to go on for my vote is how you answer my questions, but If one of you had talked to me more when i was still in the game, you would have had it locked up. Its a lost opprotunity that I thought was an obvioius thing to do, that I would have done if I at any point was in your position.
Anyway, thats all I have to say.

It just seems fairly obvious to do your best to make jury members with inevidable fates like you, but I didnt see either of you try to do that before I (or any of the Ulongs) were voted out. Jeff, I do apologize to you and to all of Ulong for being distant. That was my fault as I am a social person. I couldn't put 100% into this game when it came time to be social because of its pace.
What did I do? Well, I was actually playing in other games as well. When Palau was slow, I was active in other games. I did check into the board about 5-6 times a day, but when I was online, no one else was. So, I was viewing the merge as Ulong not being interested in continuing the game, which was based only with me not being online the same time as all of you.
At the time of the merge, Koror’s goal was to ‘pagong’ your tribe. It was inevitable because of the numbers. To tell you the truth, I was actually thinking of stirring things up. But I was comfortable in my position with Koror, as I’m sure the rest of Koror felt the same. So the idea of switching sides went out the window.
I did talk to Kim briefly on aim and Ibreham briefly through pm, but neither you nor Stephenie made any efforts to chat with Koror either, at least not with me.
Yes, I probably could have joined Ulong and tried something, but I needed another Koror to switch with me to ensure 'safety'. They were all set and comfortable with Koror. Actually, it was rumoured that maybe Katie and Tom might possibly switch to Ulong to get further in the game. So if Katie and Tom remembers, I was really campaigning to ensure that they did not switch. Not sure where the paranoia of that came from....it may have been talking to Caryn about it. So, since I was so unsure of everything, I chose to stay with Koror. If I had joined Ulong, I don’t think I would have gotten this far because I would have been on the bottom rung of the ladder.
As for having 4 Ulong members on the jury, I don't know what I was thinking. Well, actually I wasn't thinking. Yes, it probably would have been advantageous for me to converse more to ensure your vote. I just failed in that department. All I can do is chalk it up as lesson learned.

Ibreham did talk to me, but Jeff never talked to me.
No one said you would flip. It was a passing conversation between Caryn, Williard and me I think. It was "what was the possibility of you and Tom flipping?" It got me paranoid and I ended up with the decision to stay with Koror.
